Ban emergency tariffs on baby clothes

This bill would bar the President from using emergency powers (like IEEPA) to add import duties on listed baby clothing. Any such duties in place on the enactment date would end. It would also void similar duties set under any authority that works like those emergency powers. Covered items include onesies and bodysuits, socks and booties, shoes, shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, swimsuits, and hats. The change would take effect upon enactment and could lower costs for importers and families.
