Keep pool safety grants and education going
If enacted, this would extend funding authorization for two pool safety programs for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The Swimming Pool Safety Grant Program would be able to fund state and local safety projects. The Education and Awareness Program would be able to fund pool and spa safety outreach. Families and swimmers could see more safety efforts and education. It would not change who can apply or other program rules, and would take effect upon enactment.
