Exempts imports used by small businesses from duties tied to the Feb 1, 2025 national emergency. The CANADA Act would make goods imported by or for the use of “small business concerns,” as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act, exempt from duties imposed under the national emergency declared Feb 1, 2025 by Executive Order 14193 and amended by Executive Orders 14197 and 14226.
