The Act amends Title 38 to make appointment as a marriage and family therapist in the Veterans Health Administration depend on two things: meeting the qualifications in subparagraph (A) and being recognized by the State identified in clause (ii) of that subparagraph as a provider of, or permitted to provide, clinical supervision. It also reorganizes the statutory text by redesignating subparagraphs and inserting an '(a)' designation and does not create new funding or programs.
