A mandatory USCIS review of immigration approvals tied to Presidential Proclamation 10998. The bill would direct the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to reexamine all approved immigration benefit requests implicated by Proclamation 10998 for approvals from January 20, 2021 through the date of enactment to verify proper adjudication and that applicable standards were applied. It would require an in-person briefing to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees and a public online report of the review’s findings by September 15, 2026.
