Would redesignate the Congressional Budget Office as the "China Budget Office". The bill would direct that any reference to the Congressional Budget Office in any law, rule, regulation, certificate, directive, instruction, or other official paper be read as a reference to the China Budget Office. The measure is solely a nominal name change and contains no additional substantive provisions, authorizations, funding changes, program creations or eliminations, phase-in or sunset provisions, or enforcement mechanisms.
