The conveyance would occur not later than 90 days after enactment, would be for no consideration, and would be subject to valid existing rights. The covered infrastructure includes Asphalt Ponds 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16; Clear Creek Spring; Dam 1 and Dam 2; Fish Ladder; Hillside Spring; Incubation Room; Lower Forebay and Upper Forebay; Lower Site Discharge; Pollution Abatement Ponds; Raceways; Spring 1, Spring 2, Spring 3; Upper Site Re-Use Flow; Water Tower; and Wells 1 through 5, plus associated pipes, electrical and communication conduits, fences, and roads. The Secretary (acting through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) would finalize a controlling map and legal description as soon as practicable, keep them on file for public inspection, and may correct minor errors with the Tribe by mutual agreement.
