Summary
Raises the allowed share of certain investments in small-business investment companies from 5% to 15%. The Investing in Main Street Act of 2025 amends section 302(b) of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 by replacing two "5 percent" figures with "15 percent" to increase the percentage referenced for investments in Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs).
