Summary
Housing proximity to Superfund sites. This bill would require the Comptroller General to count, for each site on the Environmental Protection Agency's National Priorities List, how many residential dwelling units and how many public-housing units lie within one mile of the site. The Government Accountability Office would compile these site-by-site counts and submit a report to Congress within six months of enactment.
