Summary
Requires annual congressional testimony on the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund's operations. It would add a new paragraph to the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act directing the Secretary of the Treasury or a designee to testify each year before the House Financial Services Committee and the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, at the discretion of those committees' chairs.

Annual oversight for community lenders
