More SBA disaster help for rural residents

If enacted, the SBA would be required to make sure people in declared rural disaster areas can fully access SBA disaster assistance. The SBA must complete targeted outreach and create or distribute marketing materials not later than one year after enactment. The change would not alter who is eligible or add new funding for the programs. It could increase awareness and take-up of existing disaster aid among rural disaster victims.
