Ban expedited or preferential TSA screening for Members of Congress. This bill would bar Members of Congress from getting priority, exemptions, or faster access through TSA security checkpoints based on their official position.

No special airport screening for Congress
If enacted, this bill would ban Members of Congress from being exempted from federal passenger and baggage screening. It would bar TSA from using any of its funds to provide expedited or preferential screening for Members. The bill would define Trusted Traveler programs like Global Entry and PreCheck. Members could join public programs only if their participation is not based on their office. The TSA Administrator would update policies and must send Congress a report within 180 days after enactment.
