More tribal water funding and projects
This bill would authorize up to 10 additional tribal drinking-water projects in the Upper Colorado River Basin. Those projects would join the Indian Reservation Drinking Water Program and still need to meet existing eligibility rules. The bill would also provide $60,000,000 for the program in FY2027 and $60,000,000 in FY2028. If enacted, the funding would support eligible tribal drinking-water projects and related work in drought-affected areas.
