St. Louis Postal Accountability and Reform Act

This bill would require the Postmaster General to deliver, within 60 days after enactment, a detailed report on First‑Class Mail performance in the St. Louis region for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025. The report would compare local delivery to national and peer districts, explain causes of any service lags, analyze workforce conditions by position type and turnover, evaluate accuracy of delayed‑mail reporting systems, and describe progress on corrective actions and management accountability steps tied to two Postal Office of Inspector General audits.
