Summary
Timely agency reports to Congress on presidential waivers under the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act. This bill would require the head of each executive agency to submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report within 30 days after the President grants a waiver under paragraph (1) of Section 6(c)(2) of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007. Reports must identify the waiver and state that the waiver was granted.

- Executive agency heads: Must file a short, agency-level report within 30 days that identifies the specific waiver and notes it was granted. This creates a clear, time-bound reporting duty for agencies.
