Summary

This bill would require the Comptroller General to carry out independent GAO assessments of TSA passenger screening for compliance with nondiscrimination policies. An initial report would be due within 90 days of enactment and then annually, and each assessment must identify actions needed to improve compliance and be submitted to the House Homeland Security Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
