Posthumously award the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for wounds he suffered while serving as a Commissioned Captain in the Continental Army. This bill would be titled the Chief Nimham Purple Heart Act and would authorize the President to grant that award despite the eligibility criteria in section 1 of Executive Order 11016.
