Extend African American Civil Rights Network authorization

If enacted, this bill would extend the African American Civil Rights Network's statutory authorization period from 7 years to 10 years after enactment. The change would take effect upon enactment and set the authorization to expire 10 years after the Renewing the African American Civil Rights Network Act is enacted. This mainly helps the Network, the National Park Service, and partner organizations that rely on the program's authorization.
