New LGBTQI+ Business Ownership Rule

HUD Inclusion of LGBTQI+ Individuals

It would rename the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion to the Office of Minority, Women, and LGBTQI+ Inclusion. The bill would insert LGBTQI+ language into program participation, outreach, and contracting rules. These changes would take effect upon enactment.
Add LGBTQI+ to Financial Law
This bill would amend parts of the Dodd-Frank Act to add LGBTQI+ in headings and statutory references. It would rename the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion to include LGBTQI+ and add "LGBTQI+-owned" to ownership designations. It would expand demographic language to say "gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation." These changes would take effect upon enactment.
