Assess data centers' environmental and public health impacts. This bill would direct the Environmental Protection Agency to contract the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine to study how data centers affect noise, air quality, water consumption and supply, carbon emissions, and electronic waste and to develop mitigation recommendations.
