- Veterans and other students would get clearer pre-enrollment information. If a school cannot provide a complete personalized form, it must tell the applicant which items may be inaccurate and give its best estimate for those items.
- Educational institutions would be able to submit the required form with an explicit notice and best-available estimates when full data are not ready. This changes how schools document information for VA benefit eligibility checks.
- School certifying officials and VA staff would have a single, regularly updated online resource listing the training the Department provides. That centralization is meant to improve the administration of VA education programs.
