Ban on lifetime and annual dollar limits for pediatric dental benefits. This bill would strengthen dental coverage in the Children's Health Insurance Program by banning lifetime and annual monetary caps for targeted low-income children and, in states that offer pregnancy-related CHIP, for targeted low-income pregnant women.

- States and coverage design: States would be required to provide wraparound dental coverage for certain CHIP children and to offer dental-only supplemental coverage under set requirements. These changes would take effect six months after enactment.
