Summary

Would request documents about alleged copying of Social Security NUMIDENT, death records, and other personal data by an individual acting for or on behalf of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The resolution would ask the President to furnish, within 14 days after adoption, copies of documents, records, audio recordings, memoranda, call logs, correspondence, audit trails and logs, written agreements, and any other communications that relate to the reported duplication onto a personal thumb drive or other electronic device, any efforts to share those files with a private sector employer, and any statements about expecting a presidential pardon if the actions were deemed illegal.
