PTSD awareness: This nonbinding resolution would recognize June 2025 as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Month and June 27, 2025 as National Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Day and would express support for increased awareness, education, and timely treatment for traumatic stress. It would encourage Armed Forces leadership to back appropriate PTSD care, call attention to impacts on service members, veterans, spouses, and families, and note advances by the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, veterans service organizations, and the medical community.
