Employers must post worker-rights notice
If enacted, this would require every employer to post and keep a notice that explains employees' rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The notice would have to appear where employee notices are usually posted and also be posted electronically. The National Labor Relations Board would make the official form and text available for free on its website. Employers would also have to tell each new employee about the notice. If an employer breaks these rules, the Board could issue findings and orders and impose a civil penalty up to $500 for each violation.
