Legislation

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue regulations relating to the transportation of hazardous materials to require placards to be placed on all refrigerated shipping containers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the low-income housing tax credit to incentivize affordable and transit-oriented development and development in certain difficult development areas, and for other purposes.

To amend the Bank Secrecy Act to require the registration of digital asset kiosk operators and to require such operators to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-fraud requirements, and for other purposes.

To extend the authorization of the African American Civil Rights Network.

To address the enforcement of the immigration laws with respect to unaccompanied minors.

To authorize sitting Governors to conduct health and safety oversight inspections of immigration detention facilities located within their states, and to establish a reporting mechanism to Congress on conditions found therein.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to allow certain Federal student loans to be transferred from a parent to a child, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to require public institutions of higher education that receive grants under the Medical Student Education program to include training for medical students relating to menopause in the curriculums of such institutions, and for other purposes.

To direct the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to establish a gun violence prevention and public safety database.

To amend the Truth in Lending Act to include buy now, pay later loans and issuers of such loans in the definition of credit card and credit issuer, respectively, and for other purposes.

To establish the Federal Cryptocurrency Theft Task Force, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that judicial review under the Administrative Procedure Act does not include any evidence that the court determines is not the product of reliable scientific principles and methods.
