To amend title 38, United States Code, to codify the National Veteran Suicide Prevention Annual Report and to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to study the effects of the Chaplain Service of the Department on the risk of suicide among veterans.

To establish a grant program for preparing and responding to New World screwworm outbreaks, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax credit for grocery stores located in food deserts.

To codify processing timelines for applications for the assumption of a loan guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, to require the Inspector General of the Department to conduct an assessment of loan servicer compliance with such timelines, and for other purposes.

To amend the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to require creditors to consider certain additional credit information when making mortgage loans, and for other purposes.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit Members of the House from entering into certain agreements, contracts, or transactions with respect to prediction markets.

Expressing support for the designation of July 15, 2026, as "Glioblastoma Awareness Day".

Honoring the 80th anniversary of United States-Philippine relations.

Supporting the designation of June as Family Month.

Expressing support for a "World Sickle Cell Awareness Day" in order to increase public awareness across the United States and global community about sickle cell disease and the continued need for empirical research, early detection screenings, novel effective treatments leading to a cure, and preventative care programs with respect to complications from sickle cell anemia and conditions relating to sickle cell disease.

Supporting the contributions and goals of Lavender Growers Month.
