Summary

The Department of Education is setting up a new National Technical Assistance Center to help states get better at collecting and using money data for special education programs (IDEA Part B and C). This center will start in fiscal year 2025 and will give states the tools and support they need to improve how they handle this important info. The goal? Make sure every child with a disability gets the best support possible through smarter data use.
