Numerous utility rate filings received

FERC received many electric rate filings (dockets listed) with proposed effective dates ranging from December 16, 2024 through March 17, 2025. Most of those filings carry a comment deadline of 5:00 p.m. Eastern on February 5, 2025, while a few have comment dates of January 21, 2025 or March 17, 2025.

Section 203 filings — comment deadline

The Commission received applications under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act from Blue Canyon Windpower LLC and EDPR CA Solar Park LLC et al. You can file comments on those corporate authorization applications by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on February 3, 2025.
