A 2024–2030 Master Contract Memorandum of Settlement between the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) and the United States Maritime Alliance, Ltd. was executed on March 11, 2025 and filed as Agreement No. 201157-011. Shipping Slot-Exchange Term Extended

HMM Co. Ltd and SM Line Corporation filed an amendment (Agreement No. 201425-001) that revises the service name and extends their slot-exchange agreement through April 30, 2026 with automatic renewal thereafter.
