No Food Residue Tolerance for SYM23945

The EPA exempts Pseudomonas oryzihabitans strain SYM23945 from the requirement of a tolerance on all food commodities when it is used according to label directions and good agricultural practices. This rule also removes the need to set a maximum permissible residue level under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for this strain when used under that exemption.
