Project Auto-Authorizes If Unopposed
If no timely protest is filed by September 16, 2025, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective September 17, 2025 (the day after the protest filing period ends). If a protest is filed but withdrawn within 30 days after the protest period, the activity is also deemed authorized the day after the protest period ends.
