Project Auto-Authorizes If Unopposed

If no timely protest is filed by September 16, 2025, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective September 17, 2025 (the day after the protest filing period ends). If a protest is filed but withdrawn within 30 days after the protest period, the activity is also deemed authorized the day after the protest period ends.

Deadline to Protest or Intervene

You can file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment about this Carolina Gas Transmission project at no cost, but you must do so by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 16, 2025. A comment alone does not make you a party; to become a party you must file a motion to intervene by that same deadline.
