EPA Sets Pyroxasulfone Limits on Specific Crops

The EPA has set legal tolerances (maximum residue limits) for the pesticide pyroxasulfone on nut, tree, group 14-12; fruit, small, vine climbing, except fuzzy kiwifruit, subgroup 13-07F; and on almond hulls. These tolerances are established under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and were requested by K-I Chemical U.S.A., Inc. If you grow, process, or eat these specific items, those commodities now have formal residue limits for pyroxasulfone.
