If you are a member of an affiliated Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization, Trinity University and two University of Texas labs completed inventories under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) and determined cultural affiliation. Because of that determination, the human remains and associated funerary objects identified in this notice may now be returned to the affiliated communities under NAGPRA.
