Florida incinerators must meet CISWI rules

If you operate a commercial or industrial solid waste incineration (CISWI) unit in Florida that began construction on or before June 4, 2010, or was modified or reconstructed after June 4, 2010 but no later than August 7, 2013, your facility must follow the Florida State plan implementing the EPA Emissions Guidelines. That plan, which implements the EG finalized February 7, 2013 and amended June 23, 2016, establishes emission limits plus monitoring, operating, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements for affected CISWI units.
