Special Permit to Use NFPA‑59A‑2023

Gulfstream LNG asked PHMSA for a special permit to waive parts of 49 CFR (193.2101(a), 193.2301, and 193.2303) so it can design and build a membrane LNG storage tank using the 2023 edition of NFPA‑59A instead of the 2001 edition.
