TPS for Burma Ends Jan 26, 2026

If you are a national of Burma (Myanmar) or an alien with no nationality who last habitually resided in Burma and have Temporary Protected Status (TPS), your TPS ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on January 26, 2026. After that date you will no longer have TPS protections, may lose authorization to remain in the United States, and will no longer be eligible for TPS-based work authorization.
