Published Date: 12/15/2025

Notice

Summary

ICE is extending its approval to keep using the Electronic Bonds Online (eBonds) system, which helps people and agencies handle immigration bonds faster and easier. This means no big changes or new costs, but they want your feedback by February 13, 2026, to make sure the system stays useful and user-friendly. If you’re involved with immigration bonds, this keeps things running smoothly and digitally for a while longer!

Keep eBonds Access Forms in Use

If you are a surety or an entity that needs access to ICE's Electronic Bonds Online (eBonds) system, you must use form I-352SA (completed by a Surety that holds a Certificate of Authority) and I-352RA (which notifies users that eBonds is a federal government computer system and lists conduct rules). ICE is extending the currently approved information collection that uses these forms.

Small Paperwork Burden for eBonds Access

ICE estimates the information collection will receive 50 responses per year, and each response takes about 30 minutes (0.50 hours), for a total of 25 annual burden hours. This is the estimated time cost to complete the I-352SA/I-352RA submissions to gain eBonds access.
