ICE keeps I-312/I-312A active

ICE is extending approval to continue using Form I-312 (Designation of Attorney in Fact) and Form I-312A (Revocation of Designation). If you are an Obligor who posted an immigration bond, Form I-312 lets you name a third party to receive the return of collateral (the principal and interest on bond cancellation, or interest on bond breach), and Form I-312A lets you revoke a prior designation.

Time burden to file forms

Filing Form I-312 or I-312A takes about 1 hour per response. ICE estimates 193 responses annually for a total of 193 burden hours per year.
