Montana Advisory Committee Zoom Meetings

You can join the Montana Advisory Committee’s public business meetings via Zoom on Thursday, January 8, 2026; Thursday, February 12, 2026; and Thursday, March 12, 2026, each from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time. Members of the public only need to register once using the provided Zoom registration link to attend.

Phone Call Charges for Participants

Attending the meetings costs nothing, but if you join by phone using a wireless line you may incur regular wireless call charges; land-line calls to the listed toll-free number (833-435-1820) incur no charge. The Commission will not refund any charges incurred by callers who use wireless lines.

Public Comment Opportunities and Deadlines

Anyone may speak during the meeting’s open comment period as time allows, and anyone may submit written comments after the meeting; written comments must be received in the regional office within 30 days following each meeting and may be emailed to Ana Victoria Fortes at the address listed in the notice.

Closed Captioning and Accommodation Requests

Closed captioning will be available for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who have certain cognitive or learning impairments. To request additional accommodations you must email Liliana Schiller at the address listed at least 10 business days prior to the meeting.

Public Minutes Include Attendee List

Per the Federal Advisory Committee Act, public minutes of each meeting will include a list of persons who are present, and records from the meetings will be available for inspection and reproduction at the Regional Programs Coordination Unit office and via the Committee’s file sharing website.
