During the Committee's next two‑year term it is anticipated the Committee will meet in Washington, DC and/or virtually via video conference approximately four (4) times a year, with additional meetings as needed. The Commission will set meeting format at its discretion.

Meetings of the Committee will be fully accessible to individuals with disabilities, and working groups or subcommittees may be established as needed to facilitate the Committee's work between full meetings.
