Individuals Removed from OFAC SDN List

If you are one of the persons named in this notice, your property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction were unblocked and you were removed from OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List effective October 17, 2025. The unblocking applies to persons designated pursuant to Executive Order 14033 and, for those designated on or after January 8, 2025, pursuant to E.O. 14033 as amended by Executive Order 14140.
