Join New York Advisory Zoom Meeting

The New York Advisory Committee will hold a public Zoom meeting on January 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Anyone may join via the provided Zoom registration link or by calling 1-833-435-1820 (Webinar ID: 160 556 7393).

Speak at Meeting and Submit Comments

Members of the public may make statements during an open comment period at the meeting, and you may submit written comments by emailing the regional office within 30 days following the meeting. Written comments must be received within 30 days after January 22, 2026 and may be emailed to the address provided in the notice.

Closed Captioning and Accommodations Available

Closed captioning is available in the Zoom platform by selecting "CC," and you can request additional accommodations by emailing the provided contact at least 10 business days before the meeting. Requests for accommodations must be sent at least 10 business days prior to January 22, 2026.

Cell Phone Call Charges Warning

If you join the meeting by cell phone, you may incur regular wireless charges under your plan and the Commission will not refund those charges. Calls made to the toll-free number from a land line will incur no charge.
