The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is investing $251,934,086 in grant funding to 27 State vocational rehabilitation agencies, other State agencies, public, private, and nonprofit entities (including Indian Tribes and institutions of higher education) through the 84.421F Disability Innovation Fund to support projects that increase competitive integrated employment for children, youth, and other individuals with disabilities. In September 2024, RSA awarded five-year cooperative agreements to these 27 grantees.

Annual Grantee Interviews Continue

You (as an individual or household involved with the program) may be asked to take part in one annual semi-structured interview with 84.421F Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) project directors during grant Years 2–5 (Calendar Years 2025–2029). The Department estimates about 24 responses each year and a total of 36 burden hours per year for all respondents.
