New Investor Access Program ($150K/yr)
LTSE adopted a new complimentary Investor Access Program for LTSE-listed companies, valued at approximately $150,000 per year, which provides virtual events, thematic investor forums, and structured introductions to potential investors. The program is optional, may use third-party providers paid for by LTSE Services, and will be available for a four-year period.
Company Web Page Updates Remain ($5K/yr)
LTSE continues to offer Company-specific web page updates to listed companies at an approximate retail value of $5,000 per year. This service is a distinct, complimentary communications and issuer-visibility offering separate from Market Intelligence products.
No 90-Day Request Limit; Four-Year Availability
LTSE removed the prior 90-day limit for newly listed companies to request Capital Markets Solutions reports; both newly listed and currently listed companies may elect to receive Market Intelligence Reports at any time, subject to a clearly defined four-year availability period. Market Intelligence Reports and the Investor Access Program are each available for a four-year term.
