Public Zoom Meeting on Disabled Students

The Utah Advisory Committee will hold a public Zoom meeting about the civil rights of students with disabilities on February 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Anyone can register to join and listen via the Zoom webinar or phone, and there will be an open comment period where members of the public may speak as time allows.

Accessibility: Closed Captioning & Accommodations

Closed captioning will be available for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who have certain cognitive or learning impairments. To request additional accommodations, email Liliana Schiller at least 10 business days prior to the meeting.

Submit Written Comments & Access Records

Members of the public may submit written comments; comments must be received within 30 days following the February 19, 2026 meeting and may be emailed to the designated contact. Records from the meeting will be available before and after the meeting via the Commission's file-sharing site (www.box.com) and the Commission website.

Phone Call Charges for Audio Participants

Callers who join the meeting by phone using a wireless line may incur regular wireless charges according to their plan; the Commission will not refund those charges. There is no charge for callers who use a land-line to the toll-free number provided.
