Vizient™ PSO Delisted Jan 7, 2026
If you are a healthcare provider who relied on Vizient™ PSO (PSO number P0007), the organization voluntarily gave up its Patient Safety Organization status effective at 12:00 Midnight ET on January 7, 2026. The notice says no money changes hands because of the delisting.
90-Day Rule for PSWP Disposition and Notices
If you reported patient safety work product (PSWP) to Vizient™ PSO, the PSO must notify you and complete disposition of that PSWP within 90 days from the delisting effective date of January 7, 2026. This requirement follows section 3.108 of the Patient Safety Rule.
