3-Year Extension of ORR-6 Reporting

Forms Simplified; 2-Hour Cut

ORR proposes minor instruction changes and removal of some Annual Service Plan data points to reduce reporting burden from 15 to 13 hours per response. ACF estimates 70 respondents, 2 responses per respondent, for a new total annual burden of 1,820 hours.

Continued Data on School-Aged Youth

The ORR-6 will continue to collect output data that measures services provided to school-aged youth to inform evidence-based policymaking and program design. The data collection extension supports ongoing monitoring under section 412(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Continued Data on Elderly Populations

The ORR-6 will continue collecting output data measuring services for elderly populations and overall health promotion to inform evidence-based policymaking and program design. This monitoring is carried out under 8 U.S.C. 1522(a)(7).
