State, local, and Tribal governments and not-for-profit institutions must continue to use FEMA's Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Screening Form for Federally funded grant projects. FEMA estimates 2,300 respondents, 16,752 total annual burden hours, an estimated $1,140,739 in total annual respondent cost, and $1,974,808 annual cost to the Federal Government. Comments on renewing the form are due April 13, 2026.
