Annual License Issued for Narrows Project

The authorization continues project operation under the terms and conditions of the prior license for that period.
Automatic Renewal If No New License
If a new license or other disposition is not issued on or before January 31, 2027, the annual license automatically renews without further order or notice under 18 CFR 16.18(c). That automatic renewal continues the licensee's authority to operate until the Commission acts or orders otherwise.
Continued Operation If Not Subject to Section 15
If the Narrows project is not subject to section 15 of the Federal Power Act, Yuba County Water Agency is authorized to continue operating the project under the terms and conditions of the prior license until issuance of a subsequent license or other disposition under the FPA. This authorization continues the prior-license operating regime until the Commission acts.
